of abuse is
where cases are brought to the
notice of the Colonial Government
when action is invariably taken.
Mr. Amery has received no particulars
of the specific abuses referred to in
the article enclosed with your letter,
but would be very glad to have any
information relating to them which
can be obtained.
I am also to refer you to
the replies made by Mr. Amery to
certain questions on this matter
asked in the House of Commons on
the 4th of February.
